Stop Selling Toxic Products

In our home state of Maine, we’re working to strengthen the Kid Safe Products Act—our landmark legislation limiting chemicals of concerns in children’s products, which set a national precedent when it was passed in 2008.

Currently, we’re advocating for the Maine Department of Environmental Protection to add toxic PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) to be added to the list of chemicals of concern that manufacturers must disclose in children’s products.
